The 2006 finalist Martina Hingis defeated the 2006 winner Elena Dementieva, and advanced to the Final. The other finalist Ana Ivanovic is the Serbian star player who won Sharapova at the Semi-final. Hingis claimed the title with diverse shots and skilled play as 6-4, 6-2. The 5-times victory is the highest record for our tournament.
